I have a lot of family in California, and visit there a lot. They pronounce certain words differently. When you're from somewhere, it's harder to tell that you have an accent. But maybe I am from one of those three places you named

I mean there isn't a California accent there's just like a general western US accent

coming from someone who lives in california theres no such thing as a california accent
we talk just like anyone else in the us who isnt from the south or new york/bosto
