Well technically, the snake was the devil when it was talking :) it wasn't just a regular snake . And this can be insulting to people.

Ah that's something I didn't know! I wonder if russell did. I'm sorry if I've insulted you, I didn't mean to insult anyone... I'm religious (so probably should've known the snake was the devil but eh) and I didn't mind it because it is true that a talking snake is pretty unrealistic :p

I didnt find it insulting, I just saw people being rude to the people who find it insulting. And it's not very clear saying it, but yea, I know because I have a Bible that puts the words into modern english and makes it easier to understand. (: I'm religious, but I don't go to church anymore :c I should. But yea it is pretty unrealistic, but you have to think, that was a long time ago when those things happened. And no offense, but the people that helped write the Bible, put ALITTLE of their own opinion in there as well, so as far as we know, some of the things that are said to be wrong could be that persons opinion. (:

Exactly, so this person put it one here. He's, in her opinion, is insulting her religion. The whole internet isn't to blame? The whole internet didn't offend her. And before you say "Well she should get of of Witty." This whole website didn't offend her either. And just because it didn't offend you doesn't mean it's still not offensive to some people.

What I'm saying is that if people are gonna get all offended by others saying things they don't agree with they shouldn't go where all those people are. As in majority of the Internet. And let's be clear here so you don't misinterpret what I'm saying, not everywhere and everything on the Internet just places like this where anyone can say anything. She is for sure entitled to her opinion same as you and me but she can't complain or tell someone not to say or do something just because she doesn't agree. If she's going to be offended soooo easily then leave. And on your point of "Exactly, so this person put it on here. He's in her opinion, is insulting her religion." Is stupid. It was a quote of someone else! So what!! People need to get over their arrogant feelings and realize some people don't feel the same and some people aren't afriad to show it.

Oh really?!?! It was a quote of someone else?! Thanks for informing me. I had no idea. And you call me stupid. Arrogant feelings? Are you just saying that to sound smart and sophisticated? Because it doesn't. YOU need to realize that people can say what they want to the people who don't feel the same just as they can say it in the first place. I was gonna be nice and go with this argument with a little bit of maturity, but I see you're childish, and feel the need to resort to name calling and unneccessary amounts of exclamation points!! Oh I did? Where did I say it? Please elaborate. Oh so you're saying that if I quoted someone like for example. "I hate Jews" does that mean I do? No. So yes saying Dannn is insulting her by putting a quote on a quote website is, in fact stupid. Oh I'm childish now huh? In what way? Oh and when I used the word arrogant it wasn't to sound "smart and sophisticated" it was used because it needed to be. People who think they're all high and mighty and think they can tell someone, who simply made a quote, to not do something is arrogant and big headed. That's what I'm saying. People cannot do that...if you're offended and insulted get away from where the issue is coming from. If people posting a quote about how a talking snake is not natural is against her religion, which ever one it may be, she shouldn't comment on them and ignore the d.amn quote. Block the user. Get of witty if she feels the need. I really don't get why you care so much. All I said was how I did not find it insulting and to tell the guy who actually said it not to use his freedom of speech to say whatever he pleases. And then you came along. What is she your friend? Can she not speak for herself? And one last thing. Lets be clear I never called you a name. Not once did I say "you are _____" never once. You on the other hand did indeed say that to me.
