Common Situation #1
50% of teenagers: I feel so lonely, my friends never hang out with me
Other 50% of teenagers: omg even when I'm with my friends I feel so alone

Common Situation #2
50% of teenagers: omg my life is terrible I'm so depressed
Other 50% of teenagers: omg my life is good but I feel depressed and I don't know why and no one understands me

All teenagers just need to get their perspectives straight, because if you're surrounded by people you consider your friends (therefore, people you love and care about) you shouldn't be lonely and if your life is fine but there's a problem here or there it's no reason to be sad for a long time.

its hard to 'get our perspectives right' because we can't stop how or what we feel.

I know what it feels, sometimes I feel sad and my friends can´t help me ´cause they don´t understant me and the only thing I can do is say that I´m fine
