it would be "ese" so no your wrong my dear, it would be "Ese si que es" which means "he really is" your welcome for your spanish lesson :)

Exactly, I was going to say that, but is more like "eso es lo que es" "ESO si que es" it's "this is what It is"

Well um, i'm mexican and I'm pretty sure it means "That really is". Like saying: "Eso si que es bonito" would mean: "That really is nice". But whatever, you know, I might be wrong. Spanish is a weird language believe me, there are many ways of saying things. Btw, "It is what it is" would be: "Eso es lo que es" or "Es lo que es". Anyways, have a nice day :)
