I dont see anything wrong with it. Gay means happy, so in some places why dont they allow gay marriage? People say that gay marriage is like bras and underwear and bikinis.. only one is allowed in public. We were all made equal we should all be able to show it. -thanks (:

Atheists by default have no reason to discriminate. Christianity gives rise to homophobia and some denominations of Christianity (ex Mormonism) Have racists beliefs. That includes believing that anyone who happens to be black was cursed by God. They also discriminate other religions and denominations. Atheism has non of that because it is not a religion.

i am a full Catholic thankyou. i can choose to love EVERYONE equally and not descriminate against LOVE. why do i have a right to sit here and tell someone how to feel?and dont call me an Atheist. i was 1 babtisted. 2go tmy first holy communion and 3 i had my confermation. you can think what you want. i didnt ask what you thought or what you think you thought about me i asked for your opinion towards gays. thanks for commenting tho.

Good for you. And if they're wrong then you can. Even if I was baptized I'd still be an atheist. I never said you were atheist. And a comment is a comment. Besides I didn't give you an opinion about you. It was about religion.

i don't hate gays, but i understand where people that do are coming from. Usually, they are all strong in their religions, and i am a strong Catholic. They see us as children of God, and God created us to reproduce offspring. It's physically impossible for 2 people of the same to have children together. So, that's understandable that people of strong faith get angry about gays, but, I, personally, don't see anything wrong with it. I get taught in my Catholic school that being gay is wrong, and because of the way the world is today, people are accepting gays more and more, and i am proud to say that i am accepting of gays while the rest of my family/religion isn't.

id just like to point out that theres a difference in being against it and hating every individual who is gay...like you may be against islam cuz theyre not part of your religion but that doesnt mean you hate every muslum you come across. i go to a catholic school and the number one thing they teach you is to accept the people around you, even if you dont agree with them. "love your neighbor as yourself"

So every since i was born ive been a christian and what we were taught was that liking the opposite was a sin, and that the devil made us think that way to keep us from god and we had to fight it to get to heaven, and i guess since that was the first idea i was exposed to it is hard to change my mind about that because it's what i've known all my life.. i dont hate gays, they're still people and they can do whatever they want because it doesnt really affect me .. that is all, thats my opinion. i just dont like when people try to go around changing people minds because it most likely wont happen.

I dont hate people who are gay or lesbian, i honestly dont care at all. I just dont believe in gay marriage. Thats my opinion. I have my reasons. I respect other people opinions.
