And we take one day at a time. Today is suicide awareness day so we show support for it today. Tomorrow is the day we show support for 9/11. Get your days straight. I'm sure witty will be gone of all the suicide awareness tomorrow and have lots of 9/12 stuff

But the people who committed suicide were in a lot of pain too, and most of them didn't choose that either (bullying, depression, etc.)
They're both equally important, in my opinion.

Instead of writing a huge paragraph about this that you'll just ignore 'cause you'll still think you're right I'll just say this: Shut up.

They are both extremely important. But hav you ever tried commiting suicide? no. im guessing not. Its not something people do out of attention. my friend was goin to. you no why? cuz she got . and then people thought she was lying and sending messges to her tht they were gonna come find her and beat her up for putting theyre friends in jail. how wud u no wat it feels like to hav people want to kill you and choke youu and have 50+ people on fb saying it. luckly me and my friend go help for her before she did. so dont put down suicide day. i understand 9/11 but dont influence suicide day about it. like really its 2 very different days and the dates just happen to be next to eachother. doesnt make it less important. k thnx

The ones who commited suicide didn't feel as thoughthey had another option.
I'm respecting both anyway. It isn't black and white like that.

They're both extremely important, but today is to appreciate all of the people who commited suicide, or tried to. Tomorrow we'll honor everyone who died on 9/11.

i think both things are equally important. 9/11 can be important tomorrow but let today be important. i almost lost my dad to suicide so it's important to me. let each day have it's spotlight. tomorrow there will be a lot of quotes about 9/11, let today have their quotes about suicide awareness. suicide isn't a choice, depression isn't a choice, dying during 9/11 wasn't a choice either. let's just stay happy and comfort everyone, mmm.. kay? (:

Yes but today is also a big deal to a lot of people who have lost people this way, it really is kind of ignorant to say, you sound like you dont care about suicide, and who knows, suicide awareness day could actually SAVE lives. think about THAT.

My cousin tried killing himself BECAUSE of 9/11. Both of these dates are very important to me..can we please stop hate-commenting each other's posts and ON each other's posts? I mean, witty's about support and I don't see a lot of that lately.. :(

I do understand this in a way.
But this can also make you seem really ignorant.
Either way they are both horrible things. People will be going on about 9/11 then, too.
Tragic things are going to be expressed.
Think about families, of just anyone who died, it hurts.

but people should focus on the things they can change, and not just make their life about the past. yes, we should remember 9/11, but do something nice and help save a life. 9/11 is in the past and we remember it, but we should also try and save lives and help those who feel like the don't have a choice. i don't mean to sound mean or anything but focus on the present and focus on trying to change the future and not the past because the past is the past and its a reason it isn't the future or present. <3
