How to keep my eyeliner to stay on my water line?

Use a Q- Tip to soak up any moisture on your water line, gently swipe it 3 or 4 times. Then apply your favorite eyeliner, set your eyeliner with a black eyeshadow or whatever color eyeliner you are using to set the eyeiner.  When more moisture comes it will hit the eyeshadow. The Eyeshadow will absorb it! This will help so you don't look like you have a black eye!
