what if oxygen makes are voice deeper,
and helium just makes it normal?

And it wouldn't be considered "normal" since humans have a more vast supply of oxygen and just so much helium at one point. So you a have a majority of oxygen making it "normal".
So even if it did make our "original" voices deeper, it'd still be considered "normal" since it'd occur more often.
