If you have a rare disease, then this quote wasn't directed towards you. Society favors skinny people. So does the media. & sometimes, curvy girls need some confident boosting. I realize that every girl has insecurities, but seriously.

This isn't really rude. it's just boosting self-confidence for girls who weren't born skinny. & she said "Dogs like bones." If you're skin and bones because you have an eating disorder, then this quote is obviously not directed towards you. This IS just a quote. I realize words hurt, but it's not saying "yeah skinny girls? they're ugly."

OHMYGOSH. This is the best quote ever! My friend today was all like, "I want to say this time forever!" And I was like, "WHAT?! I WANT F*CKING HIPS!" I mean, curves are gorgeous! And then my dad said tonight that real men like curves, because it shows that you're a woman! HELL YES, AMEN! Just like Kate Winslet! She's curvy and is still TOTALLY gorgeous!

not meaning to add to the drama, but i found it highly offensive also. yes she didn't flat out say curvy girls are better the skinny, but its pretty obvious that that's what she was meaning. some girls can't help it. i've been unhealthily skinny all my life and called anorexic, but its because of a rare disease i have. there's actually a lot of people that have something that like that going on like that, we just don't like to broadcast it. so yes some guys do prefer girls that are heavier, but imo making a quote worded like this was unnecessary. /end of internetz raeg
