It's Gotta Be Who?
Chapter 49
WEASEL’S POV
Finally all this Mouse and Louis drama was over. We all had no idea exactly where Liam was but, he could be trusted on his own. After about two hours he came back with a… girl? That was unexpected…
She was pretty though, with brown hair and dark brown eyes. I already knew she was a rather bubbly person by the way she walked into the room.
“Hi everyone!” she said really happily.
I smiled at her. I had a slight feeling she’d fit in with all of us.
“I’m Ally,” she said still smiling.
“I’m gonna call you Gir,” I said. “You know, from Invader Zim?”
Ally and Liam laughed.
“Why’s that Weasel?” he asked me.
“She’s so bubbly!” I said laughing.
Ally laughed, “that’ll do!” she said and Liam hugged her and kissed her forhead.
“Wooooah,” Louis said. “When the heck did that happen?”
“Oh I don’t know, Louis,” Liam started, “where do you think we’ve been for the last two hours?”
I laughed. Little Liam had a girlfriend. I had to have some fun with this.
“Does this mean we have a Momma Smurf now, Papa Smurf?” I said to Liam and he gave me a glare. Gir laughed.
After a minute of awkward starring Liam smiled and nodded, “yes, Frankie, you now have a Momma Smurf.” He said and we laughed.
“Well then, Gir,” I said, “we were just acting like idiots and singing show tunes. Would you like to join us?”
“Sure!” she said and with a little hop in her step she sat down on the couch in between Liam and I.
I started singing Make ‘Em Laugh from Singin’ in the Rain and no one but mouse, Gir and I knew the words to it.
“Make ‘em laugh! Make ‘em laugh! Don’t you know everyone likes to laugh!” I sang and I got up and tap danced on the coffee table. I jumped off it and did a few other funny little pointless things and then the song ended.
“You still remember that?” Mouse said referring to my role as Cosmo Brown.
“Yeah,” I said laughing and the guys looked confused.
“I did a lot of musicals when I was younger,” I said, “the last one I did was in 9th grade. I played Cosmo Brown from Singin’ in the Rain.”
Everyone laughed.
“Don’t laugh at her!” Niall said jokingly but protectively.
“She was really good in all the musicals she was in,” Mouse said.
“How many did you do?” Louis asked me.
“Um,” I thought for a minute. “Singin’ in the Rain, Wizard of Oz, Annie which I did twice, Tarzan, and Grease.”
“Woah,” Harry said. “Who’s you play?”
“Cosmo, the scarecrow, Molly the first time and Annie the second, Terk, and then Rizzo,” I said remembering all the different characters I played. “Cosmo was my favorite person to be, followed by Terk.”
They all laughed.
“You better have videos of them,” Harry said laughing.
“I do,” Mouse said and I tackled her.
“No! No you don’t!” I yelled and she laughed.
“Get off of me!” she said and I refused.
I laughed at her and then Liam’s cellphone rang.
“Oh hi Simon,” he said a few seconds after he answered it.
“Can I talk to him?” I asked Liam and he gave me the phone.
“How come you always call Liam’s phone? Is there something wrong with the rest of us?” I asked and he laughed.
“Give Liam the phone Weasel,” he said and I gave him the phone.
“Does that always happen?” Ally asked.
“99.9% of the time, yes, yes it does,” I said and she laughed.
Liam got up and walked away and I decided to do something a bit risky.
I took two chopsticks and banged them on the coffee table. It made the exact noise I was looking for.
“Shoo be do da be da shoo be do da be da da dee dee dah,” I sang and Mouse caught on.
I was reenacting my Trashin’ the Camp performance I did while playing Terk in Tarzan.
She took a bongo that Louis left lying around and started banging on it.
“Shoo be do da be da shoo be do da be da da dee dee dah,” she sang with me.
I quickly stood up, took of my shoes, and slid across the floor while singing, “shoo bop be doo. Whoo!”
At this point all the guys had caught on and so had Gir. We were ripping papers and hitting things against other things, it was awesome. Now, I know what you’re thinking, “that doesn’t happen in real life,” well it did…
