Eat larger quantities of food, not junk food, just more of what you usually have. ie. Instead of one apple, have three, or instead of one slice of toast, have two. reply

if exercising do they same thing everytime, changing it up helps lose weight, and each larger portions not necessarily junk food b/c you can be as skinny as a twig and have the heart of a fat person and that's not healthy reply

Eat LOTS of chocolate, drink soda, DON'T work out... sit on the couch ALL the time!! um.... oh and you are the best person EVER! We're always reading about girls thinking their too fat, and here you wanna gain weight.
