That Night
CHAPTER 2
I slowly start walking up the road, well limping is probably a better word for it. I left my cell phone in Miranda's car so I can't call my dad to pick me up. Suddenly I started crying and fall to the ground. "What do I do?" I mumble to my hands. I look up and see a car driving around the corner and painfully jump up to my feet. I run to the middle of the road, waving my hands and yelling, "Stop! Stop!" The car beeps and swerves out the way leaving me alone again in the middle of the road. I start walking. After about two hours of walking, I'm wet and tired when I see lights. Finally! I walk the fastest my twisted ankle will allow. Its a house, a BIG house. The gates unlocked and I walk up to the front door. Its nearly three in the morning but theres a light on inside. I ring the doorbell and pray that someone answers. Two miutes pass before the door unlocks and opens. I blink. He's gorgeous. Dark brown curly hair messed up from sleep, tan skin and sparkling green eyes. "Hi." Is all I manage to say. He takes one look at my wet dirty clothes and takes my hand pulling me inside. "You're soaking wet, what happened? Are you okay? Whats wrong? Whats your name?" I just stared at him as he kept rambling out questions while he was running around grabbing blankets and coats.
"Can I use your phone?" Was my only response.

That Night
CHAPTER 1
"PULL OVER, NOW!" I screamed. Not like they heard it over the loud music anyways. Todd kept driving. He and Scott offered to take me home after the party. Miranda gave me a ride there, but she left halfway through. I have no idea where we are. Todd has the music up too loud and the windows are down. I shiver underneath my sweater and pull it tighter against me. "IF YOU DON'T PULL OVER, I'M JUMPING OUT!" Todd was driving over the speed limit and on the wrong side of the road. They were both drunk and Scott had a joint between two of his fingers. If I didn't die in a car crash, I'd die jumping out. My hand gripped the door handle tightly, my other ready to unbuckle my seatbelt. Within three seconds I was rolling into a ditch. I felt a sharp pain in my ankle and cold, wet snow on my face. I laid there for a few minutes catching my breath. I was alive. I slowly crawled out and stood up, brushing snow and mud off of myself. I looked up and down the road and saw nothing.
