Any Sonya Sones books, By The Time You Read This I'll Be Dead by Julie Anne Peters, uhm... Paper Towns, and Looking For Alaska are really good books but they don't have female leads... reply
you see, in r4cism, the white ppl have always treated black people (and other poc) like dog poop. thats what makes it
and in sexism, men have always treated women like poop
black people/women/black women ESPECIALLY are always told to stay in their place, they are always told to do this to do that etc etc
and thats what makes it r4cism/sexism
its a constant pattern and this pattern only empowers the oppressors, which is why the oppressors are still at the top today because they have always had this power and have always maintained telling the black people/the women what to do, how to do it, when to do it, not to do it, etc etc
and r4cism/sexism isnt the same as being a
but i could see how you might be confused about everything (not really) reply

Start by saying hi. Go up and start a conversation. It's tough and scary, but its the only way to make a friend. Once you get that outta the way, if they are someone you'd wanna stay in touch with and associate with, keep in touch. Hang out more. It's seriously not hard at all. Just get over the initial fear of walking up and saying 'hi' reply

well, if you're afraid to talk to people, they're gonna be afraid to talk to you. you just gotta walk up to people and introduce yourself and start talking. ask them a lot of questions. that always makes things less awkward. if you need any more help, just ask! i'd love to help!:) reply
