turn lights off and give your computer a break with no lights in your room. and just close your eyes for a little while. you can also put on ocean or rainforest sound effects if u have a clock like that. hope u feel better :)) reply

Gurrlll don't cut!! Ur here for a reason.... Just find away to make ur self beautiful and stop thinking what the other's look like. Cutting doesn't make the problems go away..face ur fears ..I tries to cut once, but I realized it didn't fix anything..if u need someone I'll be here.. u can face the problems reply
