a few important things:
- most human beings do not naturally have a thigh gap
- a thigh gap is not an indication of weight
- thigh gaps are not dependant on weight, they are dependant on how wide your hips are
- ribs and hipbones aren't meant to be very visible in a female human being who is a healthy weight
- collarbones are not meant to jut out heaps
- it's normal to have rolls on your stomach when you sit down or bend over
- it is normal to have a stomach that curves out a little bit
- most girls have stretch marks somewhere on their bodies; it comes with growing up and growing out
- stretch marks are not a sign of being fat, they are a sign of growing
- BMI charts are not accurate at all
-six-pack abs are not necessary to be healthy, be fit, or look good
- eating whenever you are hungry is perfectly fine
- the majority of girls have one breast bigger than the other (same goes for foot and hand sizes)
- the best way to get a bikini body: put your body in a bikini
- it is okay not to show off your body but it is also okay to show off your body as long as you're not mean to others about their bodies
- your body is yours to do with what you want

You know, guys go through a lot...
-They have to put up with us females when it's our time of the month, which is just as bad as having the period itself if you ask me.
-It's awkward for them when we cry, okay? Not all of them are jerks. They just don't always know what to say.
-They're ALWAYS expected to pay for dates.
-They're expected to be strong.
-Guess what? Guys cry too. Yet when they show emotion, they're considered "weak".
-Guys get r@ped too, girls are not the only ones.
-They also get beat.
-They're expected to provide for us women.
-Any man who does not provide for his family is considered a pu$$y.
- Girls break hearts worse than men do, let's face. We females are cold and we are heartless. At least when we date jerks, we kinda know what we're expecting. Guys never know what to expect with us really. They fall head over heels in love, which is hard to get a guy to do, and we rip out their hearts. Did you ever think that maybe guys are jerks because girls are b!tches?
-They have to deal with us whining about everything.
-They are forced to baby us.
-They are forced to be strong.
-People seem to forget that guys have eating disorders, too. Females are not the only ones who look in the mirror and say, "Eww I'm so fat."
-Even if the mother is horrid, in custody battles the child still usually goes with her. The father never really gets a fair chance.
-Buying condoms is more awkward than buying tampons, let's face it.
-They try to get us to know that we're beautiful without make up, yet still spend hours waiting for us to get ready because we won't listen to them.
So before go on saying that girls have sooooo much worse, realize that you're wrong. Everybody has it bad, female or male. Each gender has it's own set of problems. Why must one gender have it worse than another? Really, why should pain be competition? Why should we WANT to have it worse? It's not a competition when in reality, everybody is losing.

No one really understands how much a compliment affects my mood.
One compliment and I go from crying to extremely happy.
It's funny because I never believe them, but I realize there are still wonderful people out there.
Compliments aren't given by mean people, so I know that you're a nice and amazing person when I witness you complimenting people.
Remember, they go far :)

When I was little, sometime before Valentine's Day,
I would buy my cards for the other kids in my class and try to sort of give my crush a hint by giving him a flirtatious card.
