I know it's hard to put down that razor blade, to swallow that bite of cake and not run to the bathroom to throw up right away. I know that the addiction is so sweet, watching yourself bleed, seeing yourself lose all that weight. I know it's hard to put down those pills, I know that sometimes the pain is too real and I know better than to say I know exactly how you feel. But I also know you deserve better. You don't deserve to be this hurt but you're only making it worse. The longer it goes on, the harder it is to come back so look in the mirror, smile, and tell yourself you're not fat. Tell yourself crying really isn't that bad. Put down that blade, drop those pills, swallow that cake and relish how it feels because everyone deserves to feel beautiful.
