oh i didn't know that... I'll have to look the quote up now. I don't really know about the rest of the world because I mean I'm only 14, but in my school at least almost everybody is unpatriotic and I remember last year in a class our teacher told us, "I don't know why we're always made out to be the good guys. America is just as bad as the other countries we criticize" Those are just my personal experiences though.

It really doesn't matter. They say that "underage drinkers" are more irresponsible, but 21 and over make just as irresponsible decisions when drinking as well. Every person handles alcohol differently.
Personally I don't think it matters, I drink, and I handle alcohol well. Depends on the person I guess
