1) You're fantastic at English. I wouldn't have ever guessed that it isn't your first language (or at least that you have strong control over it,) if you hadn't said so, to be honest. And 2) I'm so proud of you for getting better and wanting to do so, and you've accomplished a lot, even if you feel like "it's not much." Congratulations. reply

That's a great accomplishment! With recovering from an ED, "it's not much" shouldn't exist. I'm happy you want to get better. *hug* reply

Don't be ashamed of your illness - instead, be proud that you've acknowledged you needed help, & gotten that help. Many people, unfortunately, don't even manage to do this. Recovery is a long and grueling journey, but it's worthwhile when you finally reach your destination (wellness). You're doing amazingly, and you are strong and gorgeous and brilliant, and don't ever let anyone make you feel differently, regardless of your weight and size. reply
