<3When I Saw Him<3
I walked in.. The new girl once again. I looked around automatically identifying the populars, the nerds, the know-it-alls (trust me there is a difference), the wanna bes, and lastly the IDK's (People who could care less about opinions but they knew who they were and weren't gonna change). What was I doing in Kentucky!? Why did my parents drag me here to place that seemed unlikely for me to make friends!? Surveying the area again I tried to find someone that looked lonely like me but to no avail. I sat and sat. No one came over to talk or to ask my name, or to even say hi. Just the occasional stare or dirty look from your everyday pop and a wanna be or two. The bell rang and everyone talked about going to time tables. I wanted to kn0w what that was but did not have the guts to walk up to someone and make the biggest mistake of MY LIFE. So I went with what I had: my schedule, room numbers, and the murmurs I heard around me. I finally found the class I was looking for, Musical Theatre. I walked where there was a ton of people obvioulsy seperated into their cliques. I waited.
"Alright, Alright," I heard someone obvioulsy a teacher yell. I looked around and found a teacher with a stern face, long red hair, glasses on the tip of her nose, and an outfit that screamed for help. Then I heard another voice, one of those "I remember when I was your age and wish I was still young" kinda voice and turned around to find a lady with beautiful curly cue hair who obviously spent more time putting on make up then choosing out her outfit. Then the last voice came to life as a a Mom voice and I looked and found a lady that was wearing what looked like bell bottom dress pants heels and a blouse, with red hair not down to her shoulders and a welcome smile. I listened to the welcome to musical theatre speech from all three teachers and was about ready to bail on the fact that I was even clost to good and would not get a role when all of a sudden I turned around and my night turned to day. That was when I saw him.

My father hasn't been alive for ten years and I still haven't set foot on his grave.
Not because our last words were bad or sad.
But because I'm so afraid to just know that he's lying underneath the earth.
That he was once up here, instead of down there.
I don't even ask my mother where he is buried because I fear that she will be ashamed that I don't know.
I'm going to find his grave this summer and I will sit down with him and tell him about the last ten and a half years of my life and how much he has missed.
And I can't help but hope that he's proud of who I am and who I am becoming.

Amy's POV
The night I left my house to go to Carson's, my mom and dad came.
There was a huge fight between everyone.
Including, Mitch, my brother.
Carson and I finally talked to my dad and got him to realize that this wasn't an engagement ring.
He said he was just freaked out because he didn't want his "little girl" growing up.
It's now been a year, Carson and I are still together.
He's going to college, which is a little scary.
The best part is that he is going to the closest one.
"Hey, babe." Carson wraps his arm around me.
"Hello there, handsome." I smile and turn around to give him a kiss.
"Your parents said you could come stay with me in my apartment." He smiles.
"What? No way!" I start jumping up and down.
"Yes way." My dad comes out onto the porch. "I'm trusting you, no funny business."
"Yes, dad. Oh my gosh, I need to go pack!"
Instead of staying in a dorm, Carson is living in his own little apartment, getting a small job, and goling to school.
The college is only about one hour away, and we're going today I guess.
I only had to pack a couple pairs of clothes since I'm only going for the weekend.
"You done, yet?" Carson walks in after five minutes.
"Just have to grab my make-up." I walk over to my dresser.
"No, you don't need that. It's just me and you. No make-up. You're beautiful." He tells me.
"Why are you so cute?" I smirk. "Let's go."
Carson and I say goodbye to everyone and get in his car to leave.
"I love you, Amy." Carson says as he starts driving.
"I love you too, Car."
I still can't believe I've been dating my brother's bestfriend, aka my best friend, for a year and more to come.
Everyone said we had a thing, but I never believed them.
I guess I just didn't want to admit my feelings for him.
I didn't want to admit that me and my best friend were more than just friends.
But I guess we're better off as boyfriend and girlfriend.
I love and him and he loves me.
We were always more than just friends, I just never saw it at first.
NOTE: That's the end! I'm sorry if it sucked, I just needed to end it before it became more boring than it already is. I have an idea for a new story, but it's about a pregnant teen and I need to know if you, my readers, think it's "appropriate." Let me know. :D
