This past year, I had a teacher that would embarass you in front of the class if you were doing wrong. So if you got a below average grade, she would point out who got it. So one day, some day in October, I took my phone out, about to text my mother and sister asking how my mother was doing because she had just went in for a life or death surgery and the teacher said "AMANDA put that phone UP HERE NOW you cannot expect to text in class, no exuses." and I literally looked up after I send those two text messages and I said, "excuse me? I'm texting my mother and sister. what does that have anything to do with you?" and she said to that "no excuses." so in front of every one, i told her "look my mother is in surgery right now. i WILL text her and my sister asking how she is. i do not care what you say." she literally walked right over to me, grabbed the phone out of my hand and said "NO EXCUSES."
