Friend: I've got a spot. Me: Life goes on. Friend: I broke a nail. Me: Life goes on. Friend: I forgot my homework. Me: Life goes on. Friend: My dog died. Me: Life goes on. Friend: You say life goes on too much. Me: Life will proceed in a forwardly direction.
As time goes on you'll understand. What lasts, lasts; what doesn't,doesn't. Time solves most things. And what time can't solve You have to solve yourself.
The truth is, if I hadn't started talking to you first in our classes, you probably never would have talked to me, ever. And as much as it hurts to realize that, it's the truth. There's nothing I can do to change that now, since you're gone and not coming back.
As time goes on, you'll understand. What lasts, lasts. What doesn't, doesn't. Time solves most things. And what time can't solve, you have to solve yourself.
Is this part of the deal? You start caring enough, and suddenly you start worrying every little thing you say makes them hate you? Or is it anxiety talking? .....
At the end of the day; the clock will still be ticking; the tides will go back in; the world will still be spinning; the trees will still be standing tall; the leaves will still be waving; the fish will still be swimming; caterpillars will still be transforming; dogs will carry on barking; cats will keep meowing; zebras will still have their stripes; shops will be opening in the morning; the sun will still rise after it's nap; the world will carry on and most importantly, you're still breathing. Don't let things stop you from living, because one day something will. Everything is going to be okay.

so, apparently even tho at 17 you need an adult with you to go to the doctor's because you aren't an adult, you're adult enough to be charged $301 for that appointment and have it haunt you and your credit score years later when you're an actual adult.
