my schizophrenia diary.
Yesterday I barely got any sleep. These two voices in my head were arguing about my appearance. One, was telling me to start straving myself again, the other one was telling me I was perfect the way I was and how weight shouldn't really matter. They were screaming at each other. and than they started yelling at me for not giving them names.
and than they were aruging about who will be named first.
I can't believe I'm saying this but, help me name the people in my head.
the nice one is a boy and the mean one is a girl.
