background-image:url(post your picture url here, can be a gif, png, jpg, etc.)
If you don't want your picture to repeat add this:
background-repeat: no-repeat
You can also adjust its position by this:
background-position: left/center/right/center right/center left/center center/center bottom/center top/left bottom/left top/right bottom/right top
