Sometimes
at night
I suddenly
become
aware of
all the
things
Im missing
out on
right
now, and
all the
people
who Im
not close
to
anymore,
and all
of the
good times
that will
never
happen
again,
and all
the people
who meant
the world
to me who
have forgotten
about me
forever,
and I
get this
awful
feeling
thats
kind of
like a
mix between
loneliness
and nostalgia.

Perhaps in that time, you could remember all that, and at the same time think about what you could do to make it better, and to re-establish those bonds.
I think that this happens with all of us, that at night we just think about what's happened during the day. I got a bit freaked when I read that it's a sign of anger management issues though.
