I don't think girls should be treated like objects and that's not what this quote was supposed to be about. I was trying to say if a girl doesn't want to be hit on or checked out by guys then why would she wear clothes that are so tight and reveling? They certainly aren't comfortable so she must be wearing them for a reason

i just think its a matter of preference.. a girl can show as much skin as she wants... by all means let her wear what she wants(as long as it makes her happy and is not harmful to herself or others).. lets face it
*bluntness warning*
i am sure that a lot of girls on here would wear the short shorts or crop tops if it was allowed in them school, or if they had the confidence/body type for them...
the issue isn't with what girls are wearing... its with the boys... if they were taught not to treat women like objects it wouldn't happen.

Yeah, part of it is the guys too. They think that if a girl's wearing something like that they can judge her and treat her like a piece of meat. Girls should have enough self respect to cover up though. Guys don't walk around shirtless but if some girls could I bet they would

why do people say its the girls fault for being treated like an object? woman should be able to wear what they want with out being blamed or judged for it...
