I know that its hard too do. The fear of regection is what gets to us all. You gotta over come it and tell him and except all outcomesbecause if you wait too long he might have found someone who feels the same way you do but told him

yeah, but I know one of my friends like him too and also a few others, plus I'm nothing compared to other people he has went out with or liked. There was also a lot of things about him cheating on his girlfriend a few months ago and that completely changed my opinion of him so I really have no idea if I want to tell him at all now. He's also quite cocky, therefore if I tell him it will just make him more full of himself knowing it.
