Make sure he has no way to get in contact with you, including phone numbers, social networking sites, mailing addresses etc. Don't let him know what school you go to and if you ever run into him, show him yoy aren't afraid to defend yourself. Look him in the eyes with fierce, talk with a tone showing that you're self dependent. Never go anywhere alone, like walking down dark streets and stuff (not only because your ex...) and tell your roomate (s) about him if you wish, so they can keep an eyeout and pretend they don't know you if he talks to them. I'd probably carry around pepper spray personally.... if he ever does do something call the cops immediately and notify someone of authority at youe school.

I had an ex that treated me horribly. He was rude and unfaithful. He made me do things I didn't want to do. I see him every couple of months at work or around town, but I ignore him with all my might. I know exactly what you mean. I just want him to disappear. I can not express my gratitude to you for making this quote.
