It's not that I got a social life, in fact my "social life" got much much worse, but 1.) I got annoyed bc there's no originality here anymore 2.) I got fed up of people ignoring me here aaaaand 3.) Twitter. I get ignored even more on Twitter but still.

Also, I don't know why I started laughing at the "Ou est everyone" tag, but I did. omfg

i know this is a suggestion that a lot of people are against, but banning/discouraging quotes that are already from tumblr would help this website out a whole lot. i come on here and pretty much all of the top quotes are things i've already seen on tumblr, which is making it into more of a reposting outlet than anything else. i know that Witty is first and foremost a website for quoting things but so many people feel like all they see on Witty is tumblr stuff, so having and using an account on both websites seems pointless.

I feel the same way, the top quotes don't even get that many faves anymore. I think they got sick of the hypocrites, arguments, and the top quotes always being by the same person. They probably went to tumblr

the top quotes only have like 150 faves now and it used to be 2000-ish :/ i suspect they may have left during the whole one direction/hunger games thing

i joined about two years ago (i know i know, i'm old) and it was AMAZING and there were so many people, but then everyone got obsessed with 1D and people got upset about it and half the website left

I joined witty two months ago, but before that I went on witty without an account just to read quotes and stuff.. I was too young to get an account. I remember FramingMatthew, One Direction wars, fake guys on witty, nutella wars etc.. But I like witty when the top quotes got 1000+ faves (:
