WELCOME TO THE ISLAND OF MISFIT TOYS! Yes, we are all just as flawed/insecure as you believe yourself to be ... we represent the millions of awkward outcasts of potatoes making up the teenage population. So yay, come join us!

Don't ever, ever give a boy that type of power over your life. No one should be able to ruin your self esteem just by one action. You are beautiful, you are blessed, and you are loved more than you know. In life people leave. 'Friends' leave family leave and your heart will get hurt ALOT. I know a lot of things has caused you to hurt but don't ever let your heart get broken, because when something is broken it is nearly impossible to fix. Don't feel bad about the ones that left you. It is a rarity that someone has a bunch of real friends. Find one or two people that you can call your closes friends. Don't try to juggle 20 'friends' because at least half is bound to let you down. Don't spend a lot of time thinking about the bad in your life. Become your own best friend because in the end that's who you really have. Above all get a relationship with God. I don't know our religioun, but I am a Christian and praying and reading the bible has really helped me through tough times. Talk to your parents about how you feel. I know, they are your parents and telling them how you feel might be a little awkward but it helps.

Wow I really did not expect any comments like the ones I have received... I have to say that is one of the most inspirational things anyone has ever said to me. And I know it was stupid to let a boy in but we were together for ages and I just felt that maybe he was different... I was wrong (obviously). I haven't found any close friends yet since the one I did have moved to Jamaica :( and sorry but I was brought up an atheist :( sometimes I wish I had God in my life so I could have something good in my life but unfortunately I don't x

Just because you we're bought up atheist doesn't mean that you have to be one. Don't worry I'm not trying to convert you or anything but I just was telling you one of the best ways I deal with things. You can let God into your life whenever you want to. Don't let other people's choices affect yours. And I know how it feels to like someone a lot and have it all be thrown into your face. It was hard at first but time helped me to get over him. Try not to worry about boys now anyway. In our society everyone is like get a boyfriend or you'll die! But it's okay to be single and focus on yourself. Use this time to figure out who YOU are and what YOU want. And friends will come. I just came into this new school and I don't have much friends but its okay. Being alone helps people grow and become more confident in themselves. Join groups or clouds that interest you to make new friends or just introduce yourself to new people. It works.

Well I have seen your profile pic, your NOT fat! If you stll have feelings for him then just tell him, talk to a guedence councler. You can always talk to me:) I am always here for you if you need me. I have had something like this happen to me. But it was my " best friend" but I am not her friend any more, but still I know what its like, but if you want advise on it, talk to the guy you like!!! I did it, and me and him are dating again! :) but dont tell him straght out, just have a convoration, then slowly bring it up. :) Works.. Well, your not fat, your beautiful!(: You should go up to him and tell him "hey I dont like how you went out with me and left me for some wanna be! It hurt me," and coutinue:) But he sould know how you feel.... If it hurts you, you tell him! He needs to know that he hurt you! But you're beautiful!! Dont let anyone tell you diffrent! if they do they're retarted, and stupid! Dont let him get you down though. I should know.. Trust me, I made a mistake once, trusted a guy he left me, for someone else, then came back I took him back, then he left again! But then he came back but I got someone else:) Thats how I have my boyfriend:) But if you still love him, tell him, dont hold it in. Holding things in is going to kill you one day. No one wants you to die. :) You're an amazing and sweet, and BEAUTIFUL girl! :) Dont let people get you down(:

i live in ireland as well. And guess what your not FAT. You better stay strong <3. Oh and be carefull of who you talk to or what you say on witty because I got bullied by judgementive and argumentive wittians. Some of them are very mean but some are quite nice . Failte romhat sa witty!
