You need to give it a place in your life. HIding it away in a dark corner of your mind, won't help you. You need to be able to look at it, and say, yes, it happened, but it's over now. It changed me, it hurt me, yet It will make me stronger in the future.
No matter what the source of your pain is, I guess it only hurt because whatever it was, ended. So remember things happily, because you had them, and not because they're over. 0reply
