Okay. So first of all, the second link you posted, I'm pretty sure is a blurry picture if the actress, (idk her name) off of She's The Man. (The friend of the main character.) and they don't really all look alike.

I agree with greyskies comment below.. And anyway, if she doesn't send pictures of herself, then how are the links there below are apparently pictures of her? And also, maybe she doesn't/didn't want to send pictures because she's been called ugly before and she doesn't want to be called it again or more often? What if she was real and did kill herself? How would you feel then? I'm just saying, don't always assume the worst in people.

Heaps of people kill themselves over cyberbullying. Many more people who are suicidal confide in people because they desperately want a reason not to kill themselves - they want somebody to tell them not to be stupid, that they have so much more to live for, to help them get through it.

-facebook
so there's no way you can tell she's fake,
from the pictures.

Well I can say that she hasn't stolen her pictures of flikr or anything which means she's good at fake accounts or is just a bit of an idiot xo ;)

can you really tell that? they're all from different perspectives, and the eye colour is the same. Plus, you'd have to be pretty stupid to use photos of different people & pretend they were you.

Ah.....so this girl is obviously desperate
I did something kinda like that but not as dramatic.
Just lied about age lol
On the other hand, the party thing is believable (some people party to loose themselves)
She may be a player and that's why she doesn't call
And she might have photoshopped her face

Then report her....but if she is having issues at home and can't afford to be ratted on, then don't! How do you know that? I don't know! But she probably isn't an Aussie either.
