today, witty taught me that if
you want to slash someone's
tires, don't slash all four, just
slash three, because if all four
are slashed, insurance will pay
for it, but if only three of them
are, they have to pay for it.

But they have to end up paying the insurance anyway. Their insurance will start charging them more.
