Chapter Thirty Two♥


A little later on in the night, Tony pulled over to the side of the road.
I looked at him confused but he shut the car off and leaned his head back, closing
his eyes as if he were exhausted.
I would be to if I had been driving for the past 7 hours like him.
"Can you please tell me where we're going?" I asked him.
He sighed and opened his eyes, staring into mine.
"We're driving to see a few of my friends and stop to say hi to the guys back in Cali," he
told me, earning a concerned look from me.
"I don't have any clothes.. you don't have any clothes! How long are we going to be
on the road? Tony, you're crazy! I can't believe this is happening!" I droned on.
I covered my eyes with my hands and he wrapped his fingers around my wrist, pulling
my hand away from my face and entwined our fingers.
"Dee, it's all okay. I've had this planned for the past few days," he assured me.
I shook my head in disbelief and he cupped my chin with his other hand and turned
my head towards the back.
I saw what looked like suitcases stacked in the trunk.
My eyes flicked back to his face and I shook my head again.
"You're too much, why didn't you just tell me?" I questioned.
"I just wanted to have fun and surprise you with something fun," he told me.
"Then why not go on a plane instead of blowing a bunch of money in gas?" I asked.
He shrugged, "It's all the more fun."

--Four days later--

"Well, this is it," Tony whispered, squeezing my hand as he pulled into a driveway.
I looked up at the huge house that was infront of me and my eyes bulged.
He chuckled at my expression and I told him I wanted to change my clothes before
we went inside to see his friends.
He nodded and I climbed into the back seat as he shielded the windows with the
random blankets we had scattered around the car.
I kicked my shoes off and giggled when he shielded his eyes.
I grabbed his wrist and pulled him into the backseat, telling him to change as well.
He happily picked out an outfit and I changed my clothes as his back was turned to me.

I threw my hair up in a messy yet 'elegant' bun and by the time I was done with that, Tony was just tugging his shirt over his head and I scooted quite close to him
and when his face appeared through the top of his shirt, I pressed my lips
against his and he jumped a bit startled by the sudden contact.
He instantly relaxed when he realized what was going on and leaned into the kiss.
After a second or two I pulled away and he sighed.
I pecked his lips again before ripping away the blankets from the windows and hopping
out of the car and into the cool Wyoming air.
Within seconds Tony was at my side and wrapping his arm around my waist, leading
me towards the door.
I bit my lip nervously and he squeezed my side gently before ringing the doorbell.
