K- But you get to go to California!
S- You're so lucky!
A- So? Why should I even go?
S- It's worth it.
A- No!  I barely even know my cousins!
K- Then you'll know them better this summer! It'll be great!
A- NO!!
*silence*
S- Chill, girl. It's only summer, not the rest of your life.
A- So?! This was supposed to be a summer with you guys! Going to the pool, meeting cute guys...I doubt I'll ever get one, HAH! Sleepovers, all nighters...
K- Chill.
A- Chill. CHILL?! You're telling me to CHILL?! Think of our bucket list! Don't you remember--
K- Seriously, girl! Calm down. We'll meet at the StarStone at 6pm tomorrow.
A- Fine, but--
K- And come hungry.
S- See ya! Gotta eat lunch.
A- Bye Sierra, see you at 6!
K- Later!
*Sierra hangs up*
A- Sorry for the outbusrt...I--
K- It's cool. Don't worry about it. I'll see you at 6. Gotta go!
A- Kay kay, see ya!

I wondered what Kat and Sierra were planning.
It must be a picnic, I thought. They told me to come hungry! ...Yeah, that must be it.
I looked around my room.
In a week, I won't be here anymore, I thought, as I reluctantly started to pack.

The StarStone is a large cave that's about half the size of an American football field. The entrance of the cave is big enough so one person can go in at a time. The height of the cave is about 8 feet. The StarStone has a small circular opening(about 1 foot in diameter)at the top center of the cave and right under it, is a crystal stone that's stuck in the ground. In the night time, the moon shines through the hole and onto the stone. The sky reflects off of it and shows the star's reflection, lighting up the cave. Hence, the name.

Hey readers! How did you like the second chapter? Sorry for the huge delay of getting the 2nd chapter up, I was at Girl's Camp last week. It's exactly what it sounds like. It's so fun. Anyways, I promise my chapter updates will be faster now. The next few chapters start out slowly, it's all in the same week that Andrielle is packing, and otherr stuff is going on.
