About a year ago at a class I go to with my big sister, 
we were getting our uniforms on in the dressing room
and she kept covering her thigh with her clothes.
I asked why and she shrugged.
So I asked again.
And again.
And when she lifted the clothes off I saw she had been cutting,
and I died a little inside.
Because she's my best friend, the only one who's been there all these years.
Knowing she was hurting herself because she was in so much pain killed me,
and is still hurting me to this day, because I know it's something I can't fix.

So to all of you who cut,
STOP.
Just stop.
You don't know how much pain you're causing someone else when you hurt yourself.
