Do NOT starve yourself, honey.
It's not healthy at all. It'll make you larger and will ruin your body completely. Please, please, PLEASE eat. I want to be skinny to. I know how you feel. Do you know how many times I've stared at my food thinking, "What would happen if I managed to skip this one meal?" I've skipped meals before. But recently I've said to myself, "YASH. STOP. WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO YOURSELF?!" I screamed at myself. PLEASE. PLEASE EAT.

There's a better way to become skinnier. Doing proper excersize helps a lot. Not eating is not the solution, honey. I believe in you.

sweetheart you should eat. if you want to egt skinner then eat the right stuff and exercisse, or go on some form of deit. because even though they are tougher and longer, they wont hurt you the way this is. your beatiful and dont need to stop eating. as much as you might hate it you need food to survive....alot more than you want. please get some help before the pain becomes to unbarible and your body gives out. your beatiful :))

Did you know that when you starve yourself, it actually doesn't make you skinnier?
When you stop the input of calories, your body says, "Oh no, we're not getting enough to eat. We'd better hold on to every gram of fat and every calorie we can!" And you don't get skinnier. If anything, you get larger.
Long term, it may make you skinnier; After months of eating absolutely nothing, you'll start to waste away. Your hair will fall out. Your skin will go pale and sickly and cut and bruise easily. Your organs will have trouble functioning. Your eyesight will fail and your hearing will have trouble working correctly. Denying your body food for so long is the perfect way to slowly and painfully waste away to nothing.
Do you want to lose weight? Easy!
Start eating big breakfasts. The more you eat in the morning, the better. Your body says, "Oh, we're getting a lot to eat today! Better burn lots of calories so we can stay on target." Then you eat a smaller lunch, and little to no dinner. It's fine to do this. You should eat lots of protein, greens, fruits, etc. Little to no milk or sugar- that means no cheese, butter, ice cream, etc. Make sure to exercise for 30 minutes every other day. Dancing, walking, swimming, anything. Preferably not running because it's hard on your joints. THIS is the way to lose weight. it's healthy, and you get to eat! Why on earth would you starve yourself when you can do this instead? I lost 20+ pounds doing this, and I'm still losing weight. I'm the skinniest an healthiest I've ever been right now.

that's not the good way, if you eat healthy stuff like fruit and vegetables and work out at least 30 minutes a day, it'll work better. starving yourself isn't worth the pain and unhealthiness. you're better than that, and worth so much more, i promise :)

do not do that, i agree with lzzrs to, dont do that to yourself, there r ways to loose weight heathily (lol), but really dont starve yourself theres no point.
Having a bad day? Put your hand on your chest. Feel that? That's called purpose. You're here for a reason. Don't give up :)

You're actually more likely to lose weight if you eat than if you don't, especially if you plan on ever eating again because if you don't eat your body will go into starvation mode and the second you eat again you won't be able to stop until your body feels like it has replenished.
