The Blood Promise 

I woke up early to the sound of my annoying alarm.
I couldn't be bothered to stretch out my arm and turn it off.
My mum walked in, and did it for me.
"Get up Heidi, you don't want to be late for your first day back"
Mum said pulling the covers off of me.
Groaning i got up and headed towards the bathroom, still half asleep.
I splashed my face with cold water, helping me wake up.
I put my light brown hair, up in a pony tail.
I didn't bother with the whole make-up thing, i mean i tried it once, but i ended up rubbing my eyes, and smudging the whole lot.
I decided to wear my purple tank top with some black skinny jeans, and black and white convers's.
I grabbed some toast and waved goodbye to my little brother Tyler and kissed my mum on the cheek.
I walked out and started taking my 5 minuite walk to school.
Ugh school.
A place were chrildren are forced to go and are judged by their classmates.
I looked down at my schedule and headed to homeroom.
It was quite empty, putting away the fact that i was early.
I took a seat at the back, alone.
I'm not into the whole social thing.
I don't really have friends.
Im that no-body girl in school you see.
I took out my notebook as the class started to fill.
I watched as girls started hugging one another, gossping about their summer.
The jocks were all patting eachother's backs, gicing eachother handshakes.
There were loads of diffrent groups.
The loners...thats was me.
The goths/emo's
Populars.
Nerds.
Normals.
& then the good looking.
I saw Alex walk in and take a seat next to the jocks.
Alex Crest.
Best football player this school has ever seen, the guy every girl wants to date and every guy wants to be.
He really had changed.
Oh yeah did i metion we used to be best friends?
Oh well we were, but all of that changed when my family took a holiday for the summer.
Ever since then he stopped answering my calls.
Didn't talk to me.
Ignored me.
So in the end i just gave up.
He used to be so sweet and inocent, now he was the heartbreaker.
I remeber this cute smile he used to have when we were kids.
I haven't seen that in a while
He caught me staring at him and gave me the look.
If looks could kill, i'd be dead by now.
I don't know what i did to make him hate me so much, but whatever it was it must ahve been big.
