Oh my goodness, my old middle school couldnt afford paper. Legit. They even like sent emails to the parents saying that they couldn't afford paper, so we had to copy a lot of our notes. And meanwhile they just got 100,000$ for our school and they use it on smartboards, iPads for the teachers and more..
