You Can Be My Queen
Chapter 24.
Justin's POV.
We got home and it was late out. Our parents insisted that
we stayed for dinner. So, we did. But now, we're home.
"I want dessert." Jessica said to me when we walked in
the door.
"Do you want to go somewhere?" I asked her.
"No. I wanna make something." She said and smiled.
"What do you want to make?"
She walked to the cupboard and pulled out chocolate, sugar,
vanilla, and other things.
"I'm making chocolate sauce."
"Can I help?" I asked and walked over to her.
"Yup. You can make brownies." She said and smiled at
me. She took out a bag of Betty Crocker brownie mix and handed it
to me.
"That's it? You're just gonna tell me that I'm
making brownies?"
"Well, yeah, what don't you get?" She said. When I
raised my eyebrows, she started laughing.
"What?" I asked. Now, I was confusd.
"You don't know how to make brownies, do you?" She
asked me.
"Not really." I said and felt myself turn red.
"Alright, I'll help you." She said and smiled.
"You're cute." She shook her head with
pleasure.
"You're cuter." I said and kissed her cheek. She
bent down to get a mixing bowl and I kicked her butt with the
side of my shoe. She jumped up and hit her head on the
cupboard above her.
"Oww!" She rubbed the top of her head.
"I'm sorry." I said and pulled her close. "Do
you want me to kiss it and make it better?"
"Yeah, that hurt!" She said. I hugged her and kissed
her head.
"I'm sorry."
"It's okay. It doesn't hurt anymore." She got
the mixing bowl, this time, keeping her eyes on me.
"Don't do it again."
"I won't!" I put my hands up in surrender. Jessica
rubbed her head again. She took out eggs and milk and chocolate
chips. I stood there and watched. She looked up and raised her
eyebrows while putting her hands on her hips.
"Do you want to learn how to make brownies or not?"
"Yeah."
"Then I suggest you help me, mister."
*me+you, ima tell you one time. one time(one time) one time. when
i met ya gurl, my heart went knock knock. now them butterflies in
my stomach won't stop stop
i didn't forget this time :D arent you proud of
