Dear __hiddenfeelings,
That is the point. This quote is during Harry and Ron's first year at Hogwarts. They don't know the unforgivable curses yet, they only know the spells they learned hat year, like alohamora and jelly-leg jinx. The 3 friends end up coming face to face with a "evil" wizard and Ron says this quote, because that's one of the only spells he's learned in his first year. I hope you can FIND the funniness of this quote now.
