I think I am falling for my best guy friend. he is everything that I am looking for. We talk all the time and mess around with each other and I can be myself around him no matter what. I wanna tell him how I feel but I don't want to ruin our friendship. We are going to prom with different people, but I wish we were going together. Should I tell him how I feel, or let this passover?!

Once a girl gets attached,
it’s really hard for her to disconnect from that guy.
Physically, she’s just drawn to him.
Being around him makes her feel complete.
Corny, I know.
But, she really does feel like she belongs somewhere,
as long as he’s there too.
Mentally, he’s mostly what she thinks about.

But she really does wonder about how his day is going,
what he’s up to, who’s he with, how he’s feeling,
& if he’s with another girl or not,
cause she doesn’t even want to share him mentally
with another girl.
Emotionally, he has her heart.

But he really does affect her mood cause if he’s upset,
she’s sad she can’t calm him down.
If he’s sad, she’s upset cause she can’t cheer her up.
If he’s happy, then she’s happy.

My dentist told me once
that letting go is like pulling a tooth. When it was pulled out, you’re relieved, but how many times does your tongue run itself over the spot where the tooth once was? Probably a hundred times a day. Just because it was not hurting you doesn’t mean you did not notice it. It leaves a gap and sometimes you see yourself missing it terribly. It’s going to take a while, but it takes time. Should you have kept the tooth? No, because it was causing you so much pain. Therefore, move on and let go.

A teacher in New York was teaching her class about bullying and gave them the following exercise to perform. She had the children take a piece of paper and told them to crumple it up, stomp on it and really mess it up but do not rip it. Then she had them unfold the paper, smooth it out and look at how scarred and dirty is was. She then told them to tell it they’re sorry. Now even though they said …they were sorry and tried to fix the paper, she pointed out all the scars they left behind. And that those scars will never go away no matter how hard they tried to fix it. That is what happens when a child bullies another child, they may say they’re sorry but the scars are there forever. The looks on the faces of the children in the classroom told her the message hit home.

God Bless
the poor families who were victims of the
Colorado Movie Theater Massacre.
12 people are dead including a 3 month old baby.
Over 50 people are injured.
All they wanted to do was go see The Dark Night,
but some a**hole decided it was a good idea
to tear apart & ruined lives that night.
I don't live in Colorado, I'm not even from Colorado.
I didn't know any of the people who were there that night,
but one death, is one too many.
I don't know about you,
but they are all definitely in my prayers tonight.♥
