i would advise you to express your concern in as loving a way as possible. explain to your friend that you care about her, and that's why you're concerned about her. say that you love her for who you are, and you're afraid that if she changes the two of you won't be friends anymore. be sure to mention that you value her friendship and that if she changes like this, you're afraid you'll be left behind.
and as for there being no need to get her belly button pierced, remember that it is her decision.
tell her of your concerns regarding the other "friend" and say that you're not gonna try and tell her what to do, you just would be very very sad if she got hurt.
that being said, ask her to carefully reconsider her decision and add that you'll support her and will want to be her friend no matter what happens.
