Witty I need your help - please read.
6 weeks ago yesterday (Monday) my nanny was diagonsed with stomach cancer & she promised us she'd fight it. It broke my heart when we found out, but when the doctor told her it had not only spread, but where it had gone to was also terminal, 2 days later she told us she couldn't bare the pain anymore so she wanted to give up - she didn't want to live. She was sedated on Saturday night and she's been fast asleep ever since. Everytime someone holds her hand she raises her other hand to show she's communicating, and when someone talks to her, she tries to talk back.
I remember all the times we'd cook jam tarts together, or I'd go into her room at night and talk to her about my day and about the people I'd spoken to. Those days aren't coming back, and I need you guys and you support.
