I've never gone with the wind, just let it flow, let it take me where it wants to go.
She sang with the music . Her eyes were closed, so she couldn't see him staring at her, enjoying her silky soft voice.
He held out his hand, but he had to tap her shoulder to snap her out of te music. She took it, half giggling, and they approached the dance floor.
I was trying to fly, but I couldn't find wings. You came along and you changed everything.
The two started to sway, her arms around his neck and his around her waist.
She kept whispering the song while they danced, but she stopped when she got lost in those beautiful blue eyes.
He spun her around, pulling her into him. Now his head was sitting above her shoulder as they faced the same way. She missed his eyes already, and spun herself out and back in to face him in their origional position. The boy's eyes flickered from her eyes to her hair and back again.
He pulled her hair behind her ear. She smiled and then covered her ear again. He looked at her, his expression showing his wonder. She just looked down.
"Why did you do that?" he asked her as they swayed to the beat. She looked up, only with her eyes.
"I don't like my ears. They don't look right." she replied, looking back down. He took his hands off her waist and to her hair and almost completely behind her head, showing both of her ears.
"To me, they're another pretty feature to your beautiful face." he replied. He always knew what to say to her.
They returned to dancing in silence. She was practically in paradise, and he wasn't far behind. He lifted her off the ground by her waist, making sure they didn't lose eye contact. She blushed when he put her down and she was replied with a small and cute smile.
She came closer to him. They were inches apart. As the song was ending, he twirled her one more time, but ending this one with a dip. Her eyes sparkled in the light. He lifted her back up slowly, their eyes closing.
They were centimetres apart, about to close the space. The song ended, leaving a good feeling in the room. Suddenly, the song 'Are You Gonna Be My Girl' by Jet came on, startling them.
