Confession #9
I am terrified of statues.
lol srsly.
I think I was like 9 when the episode of
Doctor Who with Sally Sparrow and the Weeping Angels came out.
My friend and I had a sleep over and decided to watch that episode.
At 2am.
In the dark.
After we finished it, I had remembered that I left
my school bag in the garden store down the road from her house, like the dumba.ss I am.
So we snuck out and hurried to the garden store.
It was really dark; the moon provided barely any light,
and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being watched.
My friend disappeared somewhere.
I opened a door and closed it behind me, only to find that the room was pitch black.
I heard stuff moving around and kept bumping into things so
I totally freaked out and started yelling in French
and my friend literally kicked down the door like the bada.ss 10 year old she was
and turned on the lights.
I was surrounded by angel statues, with one right infront of me with a sadistic smile on its face.

this is my third anniversary of when i joined witty and unfortunately i dont have access to a computer but i do want to acknowledge that this website has been a huge part of my development and i wouldnt be the same person without it

As a woman, you can't just let a guy call you a b*tch or a sl*t or a wh*re. You have to have respect for yourself, and make sure that guys have respect for you. If a guy doesn't treat you with respect then you have every right to leave him and you should walk away. I see so many girls who stick around guys who don't treat them right, and those girls owe it to themselves to find someone better.
Boys are disrespectful, but real men treat girls the right way.

I was ordering at McDonald's and I noticed that the girl working the register had bandages along both of her wrists. I immediately knew what they were for. The girl had a bright smile, but her eyes were sad. I tried to find the words to tell the girl to stay strong and that people cared about her, but I couldn't will myself to say anything.

A week later, I was watching the news and they were talking about a suicide in my town. The picture on the screen looked familiar, but I couldn't put my finger on the girl at first.
Then I realized - the girl who committed suicide was the worker at McDonalds.
