I walked into the café and saw Oaklie sitting down with a coffee in her hand. She got up and rapped her arms around me. “I’m so sorry Mal” she whispered in my ear. “Don’t be,” I said back. “It certainly wasn’t your fault.” She let go, sat down, and allowed me to order my coffee. I did and sat down at our table. We talked about what happened, and quickly moved onto different topics. We talked about my 16th Birthday that was coming up, and the shooting that happened in Connecticut. We realized soon that we had 30 minutes left till homeroom, so we said goodbye and left. She is in my Science, History, and Math class, so we would see each other soon. I walked into school, still having 10 minutes until homeroom. I opened my locker and saw a note. I read “You’re a f**king who**” That really crushed my heart. I still had a picture of me and Easton in my locker, I ripped it in half, right when he was walking down the hall. I threw the half that he was on at him. He gave me an innocent look, like he had done nothing wrong. But, in reality, he did everything. I got my Health binder, because after homeroom, I had health. The sad thing was, Easton was in my homeroom class. I walked in homeroom. Easton sat right next to me. “That was nice of you to right “You’re a f**king who**” on a sheet of paper and put it in my locker. “ “What are you talking about? I never put anything in your locker. But I did see Tabitha by it.” He replied. “Oh, haha. Me and her are dating now.”
I ran out of the room, just like Forrest Gump.
