For the normal person, not eating puts the body in starvation mode, which means it will burn as little calories as possible. For aneorexics, not eating is a lifestyle, and they work out as much as possible. There's no stored fat in their bodies. HOWEVER aneorexia has serious damages Including infertilelity, heart failure, etc.
And not all aneorexics are twigs, and I bet none of them think they are. Aneorexia mental disease, keep that in mind.

underweight is under 18.5 so you're farrr from fat!
