Today I saw someone that was going to end their life. Nobody should ever get to that point. I was driving into a city and I saw about a dozen or so police cars and about half as many firetrucks, with traffic backed up for miles. Looking up, I saw a man, up on a bridge, leaning against the fence. He was wearing a green hoodie, covering his face. There was a police officer on the other side, talking to him, with one of those huge pillowy-blowup things on the ground. The bridge wasn't that high up, but he would've jumped right into oncoming traffic. Nobody should ever feel so desperate that they have to end their life. I wanted to cry for that man, to go and try to talk him down myself. Of course I couldn't though, and by the time I drove out of the city, it was all cleared up, like it had never happpened. I don't know what happened to that man, but if you ever feel so desperate as to do something like that, tell someone. Somebody cares about you, people would go to your funeral. Cry, when they hear what you did. If you have to, message me, but please, don't let yourself get to the point that that man was at, and remember. If you think you're at rock bottom, then you can only go up.
