Some people can't lose weight and some people can't gain weight.
Society says you should have a perfect body but in reality there's no perfect body.
Perfection doesn't exist and you should stop looking for it.I hate seeing girls hating how they look,
based on the opinions of others.
You're beautiful and you will only ever have one body.
You're going to have it until the day you die, instead of finding negatives find the positives.
When someone compliments you, thank them. Stop trying to please others just please yourself.
As hard as it might be try to be happy with yourself.
When you die, people aren't going to remember you as “the fat one” or “she was so skinny”
They will remember you by the friendships that you made and the things you acheived.
You are so beautiful, never forget it.

    Dear oh dear
    Look what you’ve done
    The scales agree
    That was dumb
    Hold that gun
    To your woozy head
    No one understands
    Why you aren’t already dead
    How very dare you
    I said you can’t eat
    We can’t see the bones
    There’s too much meat
    So you feel bad
    Then you start to hurl
    Your adamant that your parents
    Don’t want a fat girl
    Hold them tears
    Don’t start crying
    It’s time to admit
    That you’re secretly dying
    You were born
    You grew large
    Now the debate
    Of die or starve
    Look at you now
    Just a lost soul
    Dying seems to be
    Your only goal
    I’ll count down from three
And when I get to one
I dare you to pull the trigger
    On that gun

By age 6, girls especially start to express concerns about their own weight or shape. 40-60% of elementary school girls (ages 6-12) are concerned about their weight or about becoming too fat.
    This concern endures through life.

saying that skinny models or stars are the reason that young girls develop anorexia, bulimia, etc. is just like saying that plus size models or stars are the reason that young girls develop binge eating disorders. it's great that everyone is advocating for healthier "role models" for teenage girls, but why is it suddenly a terrible thing to be thin? it isn't fair to accuse a thin person for causing eating disorders - which, just for the record, count as mental illnesses.
just like being too thin is unhealthy, so is being overweight.
