Self Harm.
The first
time I
did cut was
4years back.
I did cut
myself
a couple
of times then.
But then
I realised
it Never
helps. It tends
to become
an Addiction.
So I found
out other
ways to
Rescue me.
Music was
the Best Therapy,
listening
to happy songs
helped
Me and it
still does.
Then engaging
myself in Gaming
helped. There
are many
options to
keep Yourself
busy. Don't
just SIT
THERE and
Let those
THOUGHTS
make you feel
MISERABLE.
Yes there
wil be
times when You'l
sink in these
Thoughts
but let
them Sink you
as Less
as You can.
Engage
yourself.
